God shows no partiality

“I truly understand that God shows no partiality, but in every nation anyone who fears him and does what is right is acceptable to him.”
Does this sound like pluralistic gobbledygook? God does not show partiality, but as long as you stand in fear and trembling before the divine and do what is right, you’re “saved”?
This absolutely is pluralism. And conservative-evangelicals would probably be in the streets protesting if any public figure, secular or religious, were to say this in today’s world.
Funny thing is, they actually believe this to be timeless and without error. It’s from the Acts of the Apostles. Chapter 10, verses 34b-35.

Lee, but of course. I had really never heard the story of Acts 10-15 before coming to Chapel of the Cross and hearing the story behind that window. Imagine, Southern Baptists not preaching on that part of Acts…
